Get To Know Emma:
The one photographing it all
I enjoy hot chocolate over coffee and a shirley temple when I’m out for dinner. Cozying up by the fireplace with my kitties and some popcorn is my favorite thing. I’m definitely a people person, but get my energy from being alone (my introverted self LOVES my home). If thrifting for vintage decor is mentioned, I’m there.
I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 5 years, am an aerialist (very beginner, don’t ask me to do the splits), and always lean into my creative side whenever I can.
Holding space for memories, Even as a child.
My mom and dad recorded the first 5 years of my life on an old camcorder, and I would pop the VHS tapes into the TV, knowing how special it was to watch those memories back. From there, I started documenting my life from a very young age. Journals, photos on my mom’s tiny digital camera, scrapbooks, and videos on whatever I could get my hands on that would record them.
In reality, my photography “journey” didn’t actually start with a camera. It began with understanding the value of a memory. Because I’ve spent my whole life preserving my own, I carry that same care into photographing yours.

a menace to society who must cuddle with me every time I edit. My first baby and the most handsome boy.

gets nervous if she is perceived, will request butt scratches at a moment’s notice. My pretty girl.
